These terms govern the EIN service offered on this site by EDXAD LLC, 8 The Green Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("we", "us"). By submitting the order form and paying, you ("the client") accept them.
We obtain, on your behalf, an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the US Internal Revenue Service for an existing US company, together with at least one official IRS document confirming that number — the CP 575 notice or the 147C letter. We do not undertake to provide a specific one of these documents rather than the other; the document issued depends on the IRS. Where the company already holds an EIN, the service is the retrieval of an official IRS confirmation of the existing number, at the same price.
We are not a law firm, a tax advisor, an accountant, or a registered agent. We provide no legal or tax advice. We do not form companies: the service requires a US company that already exists. We do not open, and do not guarantee the opening of, any bank account or payment-provider account; those decisions belong solely to the institutions concerned, and the EIN and the IRS confirmation document are items they may require, not an assurance of any outcome with them.
You are, or are duly authorized to act for, the responsible party of the company. You remain the responsible party of your own company throughout. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We rely on it as given and are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information.
We deliver the EIN within 48 hours and an official IRS confirmation document within 48 hours. These run from the point at which payment has cleared and the information you provided is complete and sufficient to file. If information is missing or unclear, the time needed to resolve it with you is not counted against these windows.
The price is USD 390, one-time, payable in full before the request is filed. Because the service consists of filing and obtaining a government identifier, it is non-refundable once the request has been filed with the IRS. If we have not filed the request and have not begun retrieval, you may request a refund by writing to contact@foreignein.com.
The EIN request is filed with the IRS through the channel available to foreign applicants, by the third party we engage for that purpose, who is named as third-party designee on the application. That designee's authority is limited to receiving the EIN and answering questions about the application, and ends once the EIN is assigned. Nothing in this service transfers ownership or control of your company.
We are liable for delivering the service described in section 1 with reasonable care. We are not liable for the decisions of the IRS, of any bank, or of any payment provider, nor for consequences arising from information you provided. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Delaware, USA.
